Orders for items placed before 5pm EST will ship within 1-2 business days. Goods ship from Laren, NL. When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail.

Abrazi products are only available online for customers in The Netherlands. We hope to expand oud shipping zones soon. If you’re interested in ordering Abrazi products from other countries, don’t hesitate to e-mail info@abrazi.com so we can see if there is a way we can help you.

Not all of our items are available online, and our collections change regularly. If you’re looking for a specific item, please e-mail info@abrazi.com with a photo, item number or a description, so we can help you find it. Our Bridal Collection is only available for purchase with selected retailers. Have a look at our store locator to find a reseller near you.

Abrazi products are handmade in Italy from quality materials like crystals and pearls from Swarovski, rhodium, silver and gold. Rhodium is a precious metal, a member of the platinum family. Rhodium is used, especially on jewelry, to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and give a white, reflective appearance. Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Abrazi coupon codes for promotions and holidays do expire and are not valid for use after the specified date of the promotion. Please e-mail us at info@abrazi.com if you have any problems with coupon codes, we will be happy to assist.

As we stand behind our products, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery, shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.

To return an item, you must email our customer service center at info@abrazi.com (within 14 days of your purchase) you will be provided with all the necessary information for your return. When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Abrazi products are backed by a five year warranty policy. This warranty covers any Abrazi product that breaks or does not function as described due to manufacturer defect. These products will be replaced by Abrazi at no charge and free freight to the customer after evaluation.

When a order is placed we have a small time frame to change the shipping address on the order, usually less than one hour. Please e-mail info@abrazi.com and we will do our best to assist you.

All physical address and email information is kept private and never sold. Emails are sent for order confirmation and shipping confirmation a single time, if a cart is opened and not completed a single email will be sent if you opt-in for a follow up on the incomplete order.
