Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No, parcels within the EU, UK and Norway are always shipped free of charge with DHL. Shipping to the USA is $10.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes, the costs for returning your order are for your account.

When will I receive my money back from my return shipment?

When you have reported your return to us within 14 days and we have received the returned items, in original condition, in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded. This takes place within five working days from the day of receipt of the returned order.
