How can I return or exchange an item?

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please send an email to returns@abrazi.com. You will then receive a return label or QR code to easily return your package. If you wish to exchange an item, the return label is free of charge. When returning an item, we charge a flat fee of €5 for the return label. 

After receiving your package you have 30 days to return your order to us. If your return has not been sent back to us within 30 days, we can no longer process your return. Therefore, please request your return label on time.

What is your return policy?

Given that we guarantee the quality of our products we offer a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the returned items are in original condition and that you return your order to us within 30 days. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes, for use of our return labels we charge a fixed fee of €5. If you prefer to return your package in another way, the costs are also for your own account. If you want to exchange an item, the return label is free of charge.

When will I receive my money back from my return shipment?

When you have reported your return to us within 14 days and we have received the returned items, in original condition, in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded. This takes place within five working days from the day of receipt of the returned order.
