Orders & Delivery

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Parcels within the EU are always shipped free of charge with DHL within 1-2 working days. Orders to the USA require a $10 flat fee. The European shipping outside of EU is €12.

How can I change or cancel my order?

After an order has been placed we only have a short time to cancel the order or change the delivery address. Because we process our orders as fast as possible this is usually less than one hour. Please call (+31 35 7851005) email (info@abrazi.com) or send us a Whatsapp as soon as possible, we will do our best to be of service.

When will my order ship?

Items that are in stock and ordered before 17:00 CET/CEST are shipped within 1-2 business days. For orders within the EU, this means in most cases you will receive your orders the next day. All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Almere, The Netherlands. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently Abrazi products online are only available to customers in the EU, USA, UK and Norway. In Switzerland our collection is only sold through our retail partners, you can find them in the store locator. We expect to expand the areas for shipping orders soon. If you are interested in ordering our products from another country, please feel free to send an email to info@abrazi.com, and we can find out what possibilities there are.
