What is the most fun part of your job?

I enjoy traveling, seeing many people, and the daily variety. There is a lot of variation between customers, which makes the work very diverse.

What is your go-to work outfit?

Basically what I am wearing now, or maybe something more businesslike. So a shirt, dress pants, a jacket, and generally smart shoes. No tie yet.

Gold or silver?

Oh, that’s difficult. I think gold is prettier, but for myself I would choose silver - but that’s not necessary, so I’ll go for gold.

What is the first thing you do in the morning?

Make coffee.

Without what can’t you start your day?

Coffee.

Who or what inspires you?

My goals inspire me, I have clear goals and visions for life. That inspires me to give my all every day. If you don’t have a vision of what you want to achieve in life, you’ll just keep going aimlessly and become unhappy. When you set your goals - what you want to achieve in life - high, you’ll notice that your daily goals become higher too. That gives a lot of motivation, a guide to achieve your goals. This provides clarity, inspiration, and motivation.

App or Cal?

Call, although texting is also very convenient with voice notes. But I spend a lot of time in the car and you’re not allowed to text, so that’s why I prefer calling.

What is your favourite dish?

BBQ, but I love meat in general. I like burgers, but I also love pizza.

What would you serve at your wedding?

Well, I just got married in the US, so I know exactly what I would want to serve at my wedding, and that is BBQ. The best in Texas!

What did you want to be when you were little?

A professional soccer player, and I held on to the idea that I was really going to do it for much too long. Until my 18th birthday, when I ended up in sales. I started working at Abrazi in the office, but office work is not for me. Arthur and Jelte took me to the trade show and gradually pushed me into sales. That worked out really well, because my role as sales manager fits me perfectly.

What do you think is the most iconic wedding?

From the movie the Godfather. That is a very classic wedding, with a lot of tradition. The wedding scene in the movie is just beautiful. And of course my own wedding in Texas if I may say so.

Favourite restaurant?

Whataburger, which is a fast food chain in America - but a schnitzel in Germany is also always a really good idea..

What is the best advice you have received or can give?

You don’t live forever, and there isn’t enough time to live without goals. That is probably the best advice I have received, and therefore can also give to others.

What is your favourite item from Abrazi?

The green suspenders. For women, it’s the Dainty necklace in gold.
