Currently, I am responsible for all procurement and administration work. This includes invoicing orders, sourcing materials and collections, handling other orders, and managing the production of jewellery in Italy. This is how we make sure we can deliver to customers on time. So mainly that.
Ohh, that is surely the variety of different tasks. While working, I am in contact with retailers, shipping and making products, I also contribute to designing new jewellery. I am therefore also involved in finding inspiration and making mood boards for new collections, this is a creative side I like to show.
Yes, good and funny, we have been working together for years. I started at Abrazi 12 years ago and have been working with Arthur for 11 years now. At the time, I was working one day a week at Abrazi, and after a year, a love between Arthur and me blossomed. We don’t really know any better than working together, which does make it hugely special - I wouldn’t have it any other way either.
Basically an outfit like the one I’m wearing now, so jeans with a blouse or a blazer with a t-shirt. Sometimes sweatpants too, if there are no appointments at the office.
Gold, but it used to be a silver girl. I always thought that as you get older, gold looks nicer with the skin tone, and therefore I’ve been wearing gold for a few years now.
Pee.
That’s a couple of things: I have to shower in the morning, put on some makeup and have a cup of coffee. Then I’m pretty much on track.
Uhm, I can’t name anyone right now, but anything can inspire me. It can be a photo or a radio fragment, but also how someone tells or explains something and can talk about it with passion. I really do get my inspiration from that, so not specifically from one person.
App. Calling might be quicker, I do it regularly, but a quick app in between is easier and quicker.
Tagliatella di manzo.
Champagne - definitely - and later in the evening after a good dance, fries. And for dinner maybe some fun and light dishes. I can always picture a big long table with all the delicious Italian dishes, like vitello tonato or a good caprese, and you can pick whatever you like.
Ohh, I think stewardess. I think I used to say that as a kid, but I never really followed through.
Danie Bles’ wedding video - on Capri - when I saw it I felt a very romantic vibe, the wedding was very intimate, not too big. Especially very intimate, good food, good party, good vibes, beautiful weather and everyone looked beautiful.
Ugh, honestly this a really hard question for me. I do like Asian food, like MOMO there you can eat well - but I also like Italian cuisine, then you can think of Cecconi’s.
Very difficult to say this just so briefly, but I think the best advice I’ve been given is: be yourself. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind, especially in a team. Everyone is equal, has a certain say, is allowed to express their opinion and it is just right to show creativity.
I think it’s the Jane earrings, I am wearing them right now, I just like big eye-catchers. After all, I am not a huge necklace wearer, so then I go for big earrings.My favourite item for men are the suspenders, when they first came in I said: it’s a shame I am not a man, I would like to wear the suspenders myself. To the team: teamwork is dream work. Everyone is all top-notch and has their own input, ideas and creativity, which makes it a great success. And that we are far from finished.
To readers: if the bride has her stuff on time - or the shop - and they are happy, so am I. We all strive for that, but that is something I personally find very important.
